The nutritional world is receiving subpar benefits from metallic minerals that are found in the average nutritional supplement! The day I got it was late in day I started next morning 5 pills sound like a lot I decided to take 2 pills a day I took 2 pills at 630 am by 930 am the pain I was having in my heal of my foot was gone by 1pm the muscle and joint stiffness had let up a lot by day 2 my energy level improved a lot tomorrow will be day 5 and I no longer feel drain so far great

I’m going on my second month of using. I’m genrally pretty sensitive to Vitamin B’s get rather irritable from it. I seem to be handling B well with this vitamin. I’m sleeping better and do think I’m having more energy in through the day. It’s cold and flu season and I genrally have a good immune system & am exposed to people as I work in a health care setting so we will see how I do . I started taking Immuno 150 10 months ago simply to add a vitamin to my diet. Within two weeks I noticed a real boost to my energy levels. What I wasn’t prepared for was, that over the last 10 months, my lactose intolerance has disappeared, I sleep better, I’m more relaxed throughout the day, and my blood pressure has returned to my more normal 106/60. For perspective, I’m 63 and can still do work outs that I was able to do at 40 with one exception, they need to be low impact due to a repaired ACL in my right knee with ensuing development of arthritis. (Cathe Friedrich videos are what I use for workouts.)
